All Homes are located within 2 miles of Parris Island. Also, great seafood and golf at the Beaufort Country Club are also minutes away. These are the closest, most convenient accommodations to Parris Island available anywhere.

Why rent multiple motel rooms? My rates are very economical for the large or extended family coming to attend the graduation ceremony? A single motel room can range from $95-$125 a night. My homes are the closest accommodations to the base available and will provide you all the amenities of home during your stay. You can arrive at your own leisure. NO places to check in, no places to check out. You will be given very detailed driving directions and a security code to enter the property. You will also receive a list of things to do while in the Beaufort area. (Dining, Attractions, etc.)

When do I Check In? You may check-in as early as 10:00 AM on Wednesday and stay as late as 11:00 AM on Saturday without incurring any additional costs. These dates can be adjusted to include addtional days if requested. However, please keep in mind that Monday is typically a cleaning day.

What is your flat Rate Cost? The rate is $550.00* per three day period and additional days are available for only $150.00 per night. This rate is comparable to spending two nights in two separate motel rooms. In reality, you pay for two nights with the ability to stay three and have all the comforts and amenities of home.
**(A 3.5% administrative fee will be charged to all credit card requests).

Do you have rentals available? Please be sure to click the Check Availability tab prior to initiating any correspondence. Find the graduation date and the instructions for this week will be provided. If the calendar says “Homes Available or Accepting Alternates” go to the Book Now tab and fill out the necessary information. You will receive a confirmation e-mail in one to two days. If a home has “Booked Completely” listed it is no longer available and I am not accepting names for the waiting list. In this case, PLEASE DO NOT CALL!

What is your Cancellation Policy? I don't charge your credit card until approximately 20 days prior to the date of your arrival. At that point your recruit is 99% destined to become a Marine. In the unlikely event that your plans change, I will refund your money less a 25% cancellation fee. Because these properties are in such a high demand, there were other families who were unable to reserve and were required to make alternate accomodations.

What is the Beaufort area like and what else could we do while we wait for Family Day and Graduation? The Beaufort area of the South Carolina Lowcountry is very charming and tranquil. The plantation style homes in downtown are still standing from the Civil War era. Take a horse drawn carriage ride through historic Beaufort, walk miles of sandy beaches, tour the Hunting Island lighthouse, or go on a Deep Sea fishing trip. There are plenty of things to do, so make a mini vacation out of your trip to the Lowcountry.
